Nearly two years after police raided Melbourne artist Bill Henson's contentious exhibition, the NSW government will legislate to force artists to account for their works, The Sunday Telegraph says.

A working party set up by the government in the wake of the 2008 controversy over Henson's child exhibits has recommended the artistic-merit defence be struck out.
The Sunday Telegraph says Attorney-General John Hatzistergos strongly supports the move, and the government is expected to legislate when parliament resumes next month.
Mr Hatzistergos will on Sunday release the recommendations by the NSW Child Pornography Working Party, set up after the Henson furore.
The group, comprising Department of Public Prosecutions, police and Legal Aid representatives, was instructed to draw a clear line between pornography and art.
Its report, delivered to the Government on Friday, recommends art not be a consideration when reviewing images thought to be pornographic.
Mr Hatzistergos said the proposed laws would cover the production, distribution and possession of child pornography.
"The fact that it is art cannot be used as a defence. The report recommends that once such material has been found to be unlawfully pornographic, whether or not it is intended to be art is irrelevant," he said.

By now you all know about 12chan. This particular board is where all the "Luring" and "grooming" of underage teen boys is done. When they get serious about wanting to meet face to face for a sexual encounter they move to the 12chan IRC channel to chat. The boys are mostly from the US, although some are from the UK and Canada. The paedophiles here also try as hard as possible to lure the boys into posting images of themselves naked. They try get them to post images of themselves wearing boxers/shorts with erections as well. All this of course, is child pornography. The boys range in age from 14 to 17 years old. These are real boys who haven't got a clue what they're getting involved with. Because they're going though puberty many belive that this website is filled with other boys of their own age. Of course, it's filled with middle age paedophiles!! The messages are similar to those that used to get posted on paedophile galleries at IMGSRC.RU, except this time they have *direct access* to these underage teen boys.

The man is a filthy pervert as he has the international symbol for "Man/boy Love" on the left of his website. The majority of his pictures at this site are scans from famous paintings , but are nearly all naked boys. There are photos as well. I've been trying to get the IWF, FBI and Interpol to class the following images as "child pornography". They're mainly from an American photographer Will McBride. They can't be seen in the same light as the work of Sally Mann, as they were her children, and although she pushed the boundry in the 70's, she stopped photographing the children naked when they objected, and she admits that. Here you'll see the images of paedophile photographers Jock Sturges, Will McBride and Edward Weston. The works by Weston now fall under the United Nations classification for child pornography as the subject of the photo is the boy's genitals.
I believe that *all* the images below, which can be freely accessed by any child in the world,
are objectionable, and that the works of photographer Will mcBride *must* be classified as child pornography/sexual abuse images. it doesn't matter that they were photographed in the sixties, under today's laws they are child pornography...
