Dear JC:

After the hearing I went into my old laptop, where I looked for the complaint I had previously made about the Hispanic moderators. I will include it here in this e-mail as an attachment, and will invite you to post it along with the transcript of the hearing.

I will re-affirm my previous statement, where I said that either Cyborg or Tyler where informed of the situation in El Cuarto Hispano, as was Charly, and probably one other administrator.

The PM I include in this e-mail was sent to Dr Hugs in some point during late March, and explains several actions taken by Juoggi and Xaman-Ek.

Sincerely;

Haurkoia

cc: BL.net Administration, Daniel, Wizardboy

Greetings Dr. Hugs!

I would like to file a complaint against two staff members in the fourth Hispano, these are Juoggi and Xaman-Ek. Both of them have been handling issues in the fourth in a very unprofessional and unethical way the past week. Here is a series of issues that have occurred in the fourth:

That on March 19, 2008; I posted http://www.boylover.net/ubb/ultimatebb.php/topic/11/12773.html The thread is called "to my dear Joshua" and it's an open letter to Joshua.

That less than three hours after I posted it, the thread was closed. No reason was given, nor was a Personal Message sent to inform of the decision taken by the moderators.

That one day after I posted that thread, Daniel posted http://www.boylover.net/ubb/ultimatebb.php/topic/11/12776.html The thread called "For Joshua see." 2.0 "was a continuation of my thread. This thread was closed, and it is not of my knowledge that thread which are a continuation of a closed thread are either closed or moved to The Cellar.

That after asking for an explanation of why was my thread closed, KBoy sent me a Personal Message, where I explained that I was not the one to close it, and some reasons why it might have been closed, instead stated I suggest I contact Joshua by sending him either a PM or an e-mail (what are you fucking kidding me?) rather than post it in the board.

after insisting and demanding an explanation from the person who closed it, Juoggi sent me a Personal Message over 40 hours after I closed the thread. In it I starts off by saying I "didn't think it was necessary to inform a former moderator of the decision". In it, I fails to point out why it was closed. After insisting I was given a reason, I have issues and fails to quote states to rule or a real reason for why I closed the thread. I have goes on to state that "I was right" later.

in That Daniel's post, which was mentioned earlier, Juoggi's replies are mostly in an unethical way. Starting by http://www.boylover.net/ubb/ultimatebb.php/topic/11/12776/2.html#000022]this one which is basically urging us to take the Joshua talk to another place and leave it away from El Cuarto.] His next reply is stating he was "very happy" that both Daniel and I were leaving for the English rooms, and that it must be better because there "Joshua talk is probably forbidden". Last reply is a sarcasm at Wizardboy's His reply (which is saying I agrees with my post), which is made in an unprofessional and childish way.

in That http://www.boylover.net/ubb/ultimatebb.php/topic/11/12792.html, called "It is easy to hack MSN" no action was taken.] This thread was directed at me, after Joshua's unsuccessful attempt to hack my MSN, and his successful attempt to block my MSN Messenger access for an hour. "Knowing that " Jumidaan "is to Joshua clone Juoggi took no action on this thread.""Jumidaan" suggests that Joshua can't do the links and emails that I sends, and that they are real. This is a thread that should have been immediately closed and moved to The Cellar, because it might lead to confusing new members in the future.

Keitaro posted http://www.boylover.net/ubb/ultimatebb.php/topic/11/12779.html]this thread, which questions recent actions by moderators was closed without a reason.] The thread questions the same type of things that I am complaining about, the lack of professionalism from the moderators regarding to communication from their actions.

later that day, Keitaro posted http://www.boylover.net/ubb/ultimatebb.php/topic/11/12782.html, which again questions staff decisions.] It is basically to continuation of his closed thread. After my reply suggesting "this one will also be closed because they appear not to like posts questioning them", Xaman-Ek replies
This topic will remain opened temporarily to demonstrate the good  staff will you

That in Keitaro's thread Juoggi suggests that they (moderators) "have no obligation to inform users of an edit or closing of to thread".

That I have been contacted by a moderator (from the English rooms) who've asked me to please translate and explain what I have said in various threads, in order to understand the issue.

That because of the type of threads I have been questioned about, it has come to my attention that moderators have in fact been exaggerating and taking out of context my replies in order to make me look as a trouble maker, due to that my replies are in Spanish and they are the ones who can translate it to other moderators and administrators.

That the action I explained before is highly unethical and could lead to an injustice. I am able to defend myself because I am fluent in English, but this type of action can lead to other members who do not speak English to be suspended because the only side in the issue comes from the moderators and they are not able to defend themselves properly.

To conclude, action is needed urgently on what has been stated above. Juoggi and Xaman-Ek have not been consistent in their actions, closing and editing certain threads from certain members and ignoring others that are made in the same style. Besides the inconsistence, we have an unethical attitude from them.

This has been denounced in the fourth Spanish not only by Keitaro, but by other people like Wizardboy, Daniel, among others. When we have several members complaining about the actions taken by moderators, we certainly have a problem.

This type of problem leads to people to leave the fourth Hispano. I hope that action is taken on this and that we can soon have an ethical staff that is consistent in the way they manage the issues concerning both the issues in the room and member security matters.

I hope to hear back from you.

Thanks!

Haurkoia.

Greetings Dr Hugs!
I would like to file a complaint against two staff members in El Cuarto Hispano, these are Juoggi and Xaman-Ek.
Both of them have been handling issues in El Cuarto in a very unprofessional and unethical way the past week.
Here is a series of issues that have occurred in El Cuarto:

That on March 19, 2008;
I posted this thread.

The thread is called “to my dear Joshua” and it’s an open letter to Joshua.

That less than three hours after I posted it, the thread was closed.
No reason was given, nor was a Personal Message sent to inform of the decision taken by the moderators.

That one day after I posted that thread, Daniel posted this thread.

The thread called “For Joshua ver.
2.0” was a continuation of my thread.
This thread was not closed, and it is of my knowledge that thread which are a continuation of a closed thread are either closed or moved to The Cellar.

That after asking for an explanation of why was my thread closed, KBoy sent me a Personal Message, where he explained that he was not the one to close it, and stated some reasons why it might have been closed, instead he suggest I contact Joshua by sending him either a PM or an e-mail (are you fucking kidding me?) rather than post it in the board.

That after insisting and demanding an explanation from the person who closed it, Juoggi sent me a Personal Message over 40 hours after he closed the thread.
In it he starts off by saying he “didn’t think it was necessary to inform a former moderator of the decision”.
In it, he fails to point out why it was closed.
After insisting I was given a reason, he states issues and fails to quote a rule or a real reason for why he closed the thread.
He goes on later to state that “I was right”.

This thread was directed at me, after Joshua’s unsuccessful attempt to hack my MSN, and his successful attempt to block my MSN Messenger access for an hour.
Knowing that “
Jumidaan” is
a Joshua clone, Juoggi took no action on this thread. “
Jumidaan” suggests that Joshua can’t do the links and e-mails that he sends, and that they are real.
This is a thread that should have been immediately closed and moved to The Cellar, because it might lead to confusing new members in the future.
